If I block a buyer, can they see still my items?

I've been selling loads of very random vintage stuff from my dad's collections to raise money to pay for private speech therapy for my son (dad died, mum gave me stuff to sell) alongside kids clothes, shoes, etc. I have quite a few 'regular customers' who are obviously watching when I list new items....great, all lovely people, mostly collectors, and I'm really very grateful.

I have one regular bloke that has bought a few very odd items, not related to each other. Now, he has been messing me about with collecting stuff, which has annoyed me when it is mostly 99p stuff....he asks when I'll be in to collect, doesn't turn up, asks again, doesn't turn up, etc. and a couple of times he has been to my house without prior arrangement, and been 'shirty' when I wasn't in. Plus, he seems to be getting a bit too friendly when he does turn up. At the risk of sounding mean, (I realise he could just be lonely) I'd rather not sell to him again, but don't want to have to tell him incase he 'drops by' to ask why....

So, if I block him, will he still be able to see my items but not be able to bid? Or will he not see them at all, so I in effect 'disappear'?
TIA

yes but he won't be able to bid. But then he could set up a different eBay account and still bid from that one instead.

Does sound like an undesirable buyer though - can't say I blame you blocking him.

Thanks Fergoose......I am moving house in a few weeks....only about 8 miles away......maybe I could exaggerate the distance and tell him I'll post to him instead Wink

you can refuse buyers collecting if you wish - you do not have to agree to it regardless of where you live. :)
