Bought an item which was described as used. Photo was of BNWT item. Just returned from holiday to find the item is well used & quite bobbly. I've obviously paid over the odds for it now. Arghhh.

If it was listed as used, I think Id have asked for a photo of the actual item.

Check the listing and see if it says anywhere that the item you receive is not the one pictured. Maybe you can claim 'item not as described'?

As I used eBay for iPad... It doesn't always show the listing as used/new iykwim. I think I'll claim 'not as described' had I known it was a used as much as it is, I wouldn't have bid as much as I did. And no where did it say bidding was for a similar but used item.

did they use a stock photo instead of a pic of the actual item?

I would email the seller first, then if no joy open not as described case.

well that is certainly misleading. What has the seller said about it - have you emailed them to ask why they sent an item totally different to the picture?
