Ebay insisting I use Paypal for my auction.. it's collection only

Is there any way I can get around this? It's for an expensive bike, the bike is huge and it weighs nearly 17kg so definitely collection only. There is no way on earth I'm going to let someone pay for it by Paypal!

Put a note in the description that you are accepting cash on collection only.

If the winning bidder does pay via PayPal, refund and explain it is COC only. I have only every had one person pay via PayPal for a collection item and they quite understood when I refunded and asked for cash when they picked the item up.

I launched the auction 5 minutes ago and it's already got 2 watchers! Fingers crossed.

It's a beautiful bike and I'll miss it a lot, but I'm moving to a second floor flat and there's no way on earth I could leave it outside without it being half inched or scratched
