Can you advertise reduced sale items as BNWT?

As the title says really - can you advertise reduced items as BNWT? I have some bits and bobs bought for me that arent really to my taste, but were reduced inthe sale and so have the 'reduced' price scribbled on in red pen on the labels. Can these be sold as BNWT or would they have to be described as used? I am still quite new to ebay and I am never sure how to describe things without breaking the rules...

if they have the labels on and are unworn then yes they are bnwt

ok thank you. they are completely unworn, but as i say just not the original price.

that makes no difference at all - as long as they are unworn with tags then you are being honest.
