Anyone using MyHermes?

Just wondered if anyone is using MyHermes to deliver ebay parcels, and if so any comments, thoughts, things to be aware of? I'm looking to reduce the cost of sending stuff to encourage more bidders, but don't want to compromise on service in terms of speed, tracking etc.

I have used them couple of times, I find Collect Plus are excellent and v good value too.

my hermes and collect plus are fine , my hermes cheaper for stuff over 5kg, also they collect from your house whcih may or may not be a bonus collect pluds means you drop off when it suits you for me nearest collect plus is 8 miles away I go twice a week on my way to other stuff, but we live fairly remote so perfectly fine to leave stuff in porch for courier to pick up, whether I am home or not is irrelevant

I would not use either for a porcelain tea set though
