Complete ebay muppet - posted Playmobil box with no packaging!!

Bought an expedition ship for ds on ebay and received it today - the seller just stuck a label on the box and sent it, so the box is bashed and wet and falling apart - what a lunatic! Have emailed asking for partial refund as it was a good price and I really want it, but am so gggrrrrrrrr. What a twat!

You would have thought they would at least wrap the box. After all lots of people keep the boxes of Lego sets for storage.

I would have been very tempted to refuse to accept the parcel, had it returned and got a refund but then I wouldn't want the set without the box so depends how important it is to you.

She has offerd £5 off so hey ho. The boat will not fit in box when made and will live in bathroom so the box is no big deal. Just so stupid!!!!!

Sets like Playmobil and Lego are worth more with their original box..... I just hope the contents were bagged or you might have lost some!
