I sold something that wasn't through eBay, well, originally it was then it didn't sell so I put on preloved and the same person who had been asking me questions about it on eBay ended up buying.
The item is a pair of shoes. Lady paid me through PayPal earlier in the week I sent shoes to her via special delivery which I covered the costs for as a favour (we had negotiated on the price to include this)
The lady was so over the moon to be buying my shoes and was so appreciative sending emails stating how happy she was to have finally found them in her size etc etc.
She would've received them today and I have received an email saying that she is unhappy and that there is a fault with the heel (totally untrue, I am a shoe designer so definitely would've noticed if there was)
She says she wants to return them to me for a full refund.
I specified no refunds but said I would look at a photo of the shoe to see what she means. The photo was absolutely fine.
I suspect they just don't fit her and she's just wanting to get her money back.
Where do I stand here?
If I refuse to refund her will she be able to track me down through PayPal or in some way obtain my details through them?
I'm sticking to my guns here I described them perfectly
