Packaging bulky clothing

Quick question: What have you used to package bulky clothing products e.g. jackets / coats which are quite weighty? I've been using courier bags but still end up out of pocket on postage with the max at £4.75?

inside out carrier bags, the thicker for life ones/next etc.

Oh good idea - at least that will save me a little on the packaging.

Thanks!

I save all packaging I receive by Mail Order (usually Next, Boden etc) then turn them inside out - they're pretty secure. Also try bags by MAILTUFF (sold on eBay) which are lightweight but obviously cost you to buy.

Thanks, I used a reusable sainsburys bag and then wrapped in parcel paper. Weighed in at 1kg exactly at home ten 1.01 kg at post office so couldn't do 2nd signed for and had to pay for first!
