I have just started selling some items on ebay. I have sold 3 items this week for Collection only. One buyer (1!)got immediately in touch & asked to pick it up that same evening (Thurs). She didn't show up. There was no email to apologise or re-arrange so I emailed her yesterday & asked her if she was still interested. She apologised & said it was awkward to get to me on public transport & could she pick it today. She would email me to let me know she was on her way. Again she didn't turn up & no email. I am very annoyed - I can understand if she was having difficulties travelling to me but it's the lack of communication & consideration that is getting to me. Now do I chase her again or just wait until Monday when I can open a non payment dispute?
I am having no luck as another buyer (2!) who arranged collection for today has not turned up either - no email.
Tell me that all ebayers can't be this bad! I having someone else (3!)pick up a buggy tomorrow & I want it out of my hair.
