Should I ask for more refund?

I boughtvtwo items from the same buyer, requested a refund on the total postage and was given 3.99 back on a total postage of 9.99. The package has now arrived with the items basically but adequately wrapped and the postage label says 2.99. Is it worth quibbling?

I think I ight have questioned a postage charge of £6 before paying (depending upon what items were) but would definately bring it up with the seller now as you've been charged double what it cost!

Items were metal brackets so heavy and I thought if they were packaged in boxes and padded then could be expensive. But they arrived wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap and brown paper. They are fine but yes your right that is double.
I hate strife.

Maybe just message the seller privately rather than leave it in the feedback to say you were surprised at the cost of postage?

i would message and say you charged me £6 for postage it cost £2,99 that is over £3 difference, i am giving you the chance to resiolve this before I leave feedback, bearing in mind the packaging i think a refunnd of £2,50 is in order (50p is plenty for packing if not boxed etc)

then if you get refund you leave postivve feedback as she resolved problem, if not you leave either postiive if everything else all right and 1 star for postage costs and communication and a comment like " as described nice item but postage costs excessive "

or if rude neutral or negative saying "item as described but excessive postage and seller rude when questioned about this and refused refund for excess charge"
