Can you get email alerts from ebay for certain items newly listed?

Sorry if I'm being exceptionally dim but is there a way of getting an email alert when a specific item is listed? I've hunted round on the settings and can't find anything, but I'm sure there must be a way..

I know the easiest thing is to look regularly but there are some things I don't need in a hurry so forget to look and miss things.

You can save a search and get eBay to e-mail you daily when there are new items that satisfy the search criteria.

I don't know if there are any 3rd party tools that allow you to be e-mailed the instant something is listed. A few years ago I listed a Duplo set on Buy-it-now, and it was bought within a few minutes of listing. I thought something had gone wrong because it wasn't showing up in my list of things for sale..... I kept refreshing it and it wasn't until the Sold e-mail from eBay came through I realised what had happened.
