I sold a few bits last sunday ( the 6th ) and sold a pair of clarks shoes. Only a couple of quid. The buyer sent me a msg about a day later to day she was on her hols and her mobile app wasn't letting her pay so could she pay when she got back on Fri ( the 11th ). I replied saying sure thing, not a problem. But still nothing. I have sent a gentle reminder email yesterday but not sure what I should do now. Do I send another email ...if so how should I word it? Don't want to be narky, but also don't want to be too soft iykwim. Then what do I do if I still don't hear anything? Any help would be great! Thanks
