i bought a 2 part clothing item, listed as a 14-16, its come and one part is a 14-16 other is a 10-12.
seller said they have no others, but will accept it back as a gesture of goodwil.
do they have to refund me my postage costs back to them?

they should but sadly you can't enforce it

make sure you return with a signature in case you need proof - and if you wish you can open a not as described case with eBay to ensure you do get all of your original payment back once the item is returned.

thats a bloody pain in the arse. im not gonna be best pleased if im left out of pocket for the sellers mistake. grr.
the seller has emailed me back saying that its not their fault the item is wrong...erm and its my fault?

Its their responsibility to make sure it was ok before sending, so id get ebay involved if seller not refunding in full, plus return postage.
