Send Payment Details - Why?

I sold a bag on Sunday night. Buyer hasn't paid yet. I always list everything as PayPal only but I noticed today that there's a "Send Payment Details" icon next to the item.

Is my buyer waiting for me to contact them?

Any advice much appreciated.

Some buyers will not pay until you invoice. Silly, but way they are!
