Do I need to refund?

I sent an item to a buyer a couple of weeks ago and have a Post Office receipt. They have contacted me saying the item has not been received. Either the item is lost in the post or they are not telling the truth. If I refund them I will have lost the stock and paid the refund- a double loss. What is the correct thing to do? Full refund, half refund, or none at all as recorded delivery/ tracking was not requested?

If it has been more than 15 working days ago, you'll have to refund your buyer and then claim back from RM

if it is recorded delivery then surely it is tracked as it is recorded Confused

If your buyer hasn't received then yes you have to full refund and go to the post office to fill in a form about loss take your receipt.
