Selling a load of dresses/ball gowns and clearly states in the item description to contact me prior to bidding if you have less than 10 feedback Due to experiencing too many time wasters lately.

Buyer has bid and won the item this morning (before I got up to check my eBay) they have only been a member since 2012 with 0% feedback. Don't have a good feeling about it (again)

Can I contact them straight away about payment?

Can I contact them about stating on description about how he should have contacted me first??

Should I just wait 4 days? If they pay then great but if not just open a case?

Thanks xx

Send him an invoice, see if he pays. You may be worrying over nothing.

I would just wait everyone has to start off somewhere! If they don't pay you get your fees back anyway.

I'm not sure you're allowed to disallow buyers just because they're new Hmm hopefully they will pay soon and you'll have nothing to worry about Smile

Many thanks

I certainly wouldn't disallow anyone for being new and I agree that everyone starts somewhere but thats why I asked them to contact me first prior to bidding/buying so at least I know they are for real.

In the last 6 months I've lost about 10 sales to times wasters Angry and all have been "newbies" with 0% feedback

Hopefully I would have been worrying for nothing and try will pay up etc etc

Thanks again. Smile
