10% Off Voucher

I can't find an answer for this anywhere!

I got the 10% off voucher in "My Account" and used it yesterday (you go through Paypal to use it).

What I want to know is whether the seller gets the full amount? Does Paypal or Ebay absorb the discount? I'm collecting the item today and want to make sure the guy's been paid in full.
