Faulty Handbag

Hi all. Hoping for some help on how to proceed with this. I purchased a handbag from Ebay (a shop seller so a brand new bag). All was fine, was happy with the bag and left positive feedback. However only a few weeks down the line the bag developed a problem with the zip - started to catch when opening and closing, the 'teeth' didn't meet so zip would pull apart when closed, finally breaking altogether. Emailed the seller explaining a couple of weeks of ago, no response, sent a chase up message last weekend, again no response. As I have already left feedback it no longer gives me the option to open up a case on Ebay, and as the seller is ignoring my emails, where do I go from here? Many thanks.

if you payed by paypal and its within 21 daYS OF PURCHASE YOU CAN OPEN A CASE WITH THEM. but if its outside the 21 days your only recourse is through the seller.

you have 45 days to open a case - from myeBay go to resolution centre and take it from there.

Thanks both for your replies. Just tried the resolution centre, unfortunately it seems the deadline for raising a dispute has passed so I cannot go that route. Suspect the seller knows this and that is why she is not responding to my messages.
