Hi all. Hoping for some help on how to proceed with this. I purchased a handbag from Ebay (a shop seller so a brand new bag). All was fine, was happy with the bag and left positive feedback. However only a few weeks down the line the bag developed a problem with the zip - started to catch when opening and closing, the 'teeth' didn't meet so zip would pull apart when closed, finally breaking altogether. Emailed the seller explaining a couple of weeks of ago, no response, sent a chase up message last weekend, again no response. As I have already left feedback it no longer gives me the option to open up a case on Ebay, and as the seller is ignoring my emails, where do I go from here? Many thanks.
