No contact from buyer on a cash on item

I sold some furniture on Sunday night. I contacted buyer asking when they would like to collect the item. No response. I've contacted them twice more and still no response.

I've had a look and they have no feedback at all (as buyer or seller) and have nothing for sale.

What can I do?

open a non paying bidder case in the resolution centre - once closed you get your fees back and then you can relist or do a second chance offer.
