Buyer bought a jumper.

Has left neutral feedback saying quick delivery but item appears to have shrunk. The item hadn't shrunk! :-/ Neither did the buyer attempt to contact me before leaving feedback.

Should I be offering a refund / asking her to return it?

Thanks...

Aw bless you, I sold a jumper last year, when the buyer got it he said it wasn't as nice as expectedHmm, I apologized, refunded him the purchase price and the postage as soon as I got it back............and he left me a neutral which I thought was a bit unfair, I'm not sure what else I could have done.

I would just leave it, can you respond to neutrals? If so just add, 'sorry you were disapointed, wish you had contacted me, I would have been happy to refund'.

I had a neutral too as someone said the item was too grey - it had been listed as NOT white/cream but with a grey/lilac tinge. It was clean as a whistle and buyer didn't contact me prior, after neutral fb I contacted and offered a refund. didn't hear diddly. Some people are just horrible. I have found they are especially horrible when they get something expensive for 99p.

I also got weird but positive fb saying an item was quite large, well yup it was maternity dress from a well known maternity company (Jo Jo) and I listed the size that was on their label. As it had barely been worn it wasn't over stretched - but you do sometimes wonder!

You can respond to the neutrals, and they don't affect your feedback.

I've had neutrals left recently for the most ridiculous things Sad

eBay is actually really winding me up right now Angry

ahhh! I feel for you, but try not to take it personally. As a buyer I wouldn't worry about a neutral.

I have found they are especially horrible when they get something expensive for 99p - SO TRUE!
