I've just received two baby dresses, which were listed as being Sarah Louise. However, they are both from Abella and not Sarah Louise at all. They are quite nice, I don't mind hugely. But I wouldn't have bidded on them, particularly not up to the price one of them fetched.

I think I will probably keep the dresses, as its going to be easier than posting back and wrangling over P&P etc.

What would you do here - tell the seller? Mark them down? Ask for partial refund? I'm unsure really, as she did get a sale price under false information......

Dont mark down until you have attempted to contact the seller. it could be a genuine error. Ask her what she will do as she may give you some money off

Ask for a partial refund as the items are not as described, wait and leave feedback after you know how the seller reacts and mark accordingly.

I've mailed her and she offered a full refund. Such a faff, I just said I'd keep them. No partial refund mentioned, I feel a bit embarrassed to ask as I guess Abella is similarly expensive to Sarah Louise. Not going to mark her down though.

I would leave a neutral for that - but maybe I'm a bit harsh!
If I was in a good mood I'd maybe leave a positive but mention that they werent the brand that was described
