I posted a parcel on the 17th April after the buyer paid. They messaged me to say it hadn't arrived at the begining of this week. I asked them to give it a bit longer as Royal Mail don't count it lost until 15 working days.
They said they needed it for a specific thing next weekend. So I said give it until yesterday (Saturday) and let me know if it still hadn't arrived and I would refund them so they had a chance to order a replacement.
They haven't been in touch or left feedback. Do I assume it's arrived?
