Non payment dispute opened. Does anyone use the unpaid item assistant?

Is it worth doing? Or does it complicate things?

I use it. It's the simplest thing. You set it up and forget about it. It sends the reminder, opens the case, closes the case and relists the item for you. Perfect. Mine is set up to open the case after four days.
