I am having so many problems with ebay and paypal at the moment.
It all started when I tired to sell a real Dior skirt. ebay suspended my account and then paypal did the same. I managed to sort out the problem with ebay but it's proving harder with paypal.
Firstly they suspended my account because according to them I was involved in illegal activity on ebay. the they re-instated it after I sorted out the problem with ebay. Then they said that I had another account (which I did but haven't used for over 6 years and had totally forgotten about). I closed that account and spoke to someone in customer services who said that it should be all sorted now. But then I had to send them a copy of my passport and a household bill, which I did. Now they've just sent me an email saying my account will be closed and my money will be held for 180 days.
can anyone help please.
