PERFUME WOES - WHO'S RIGHT?

Purchased a partially used bottle of Chanel Allure EDT for £10 + £5 postage - seller was happy to accept in order to get a quick sale and offer and the perfume arrived and the sprayer is broken - not just a little, completely utterly won't get even a drop of the fragrance out. I have contacted the seller who said that he tested the perfume before he sent it and it appeared to be working perfectly. He wrapped it really well so I know this hasn't happened in transit. He has volunteered that I can buy another sprayer part online - I can't find anyone that sells just the sprayer. I have actually bought a travel atomiser but it only holds 10ml so what do I do with the rest of the perfume and now have to break the top open as the top part is sealed on. Could buy a glass bottle but that's over £10 and don't really want to spend more which is why I bought it in the first place. Gaa! Not really big deal in the scheme of things, I was just annoyed that he told me it was working.

Just return it and say it was not as described. Open a dispute if nec.

Or buy yet another bottle of allure. And then use one, then switch lids.
Think of it as a long term investment :)
