And not delivery address. Not sure how I did that. What do I do now? I sent it recorded delivery over a week ago.

They contacted me by asking which address I sent it to. I happened to keep the paper I wrote the address on and ny tracking receipt. I emailed her back with the address and she told me that was her payment address and not delivery address. I don't know how I would have access to different addresses. It seems wrong that a seller would have a range of addresses to choose from. Is this right? I know I sometimes change my delivery address to my office when's an item I might need to sign for. I guess I'm wondering if its my fault.

You would only know of a different address if the buyer emailed you and requested it was delivered elsewhere.

It is a risk not sending to the registered address.

If you received the payment from PayPal then it would be a good idea to add your tracking number against the item in PayPal. If the. Purchaser makes a claim and they can see it was delivered to their registered address they will find in your favour.

you could ask the buyer what the other address Is and do they have access to it.

To be covered by paypal's seller protection you should send to the address on the paypal payment email.
Buyer should select the address from their paypal address book that they want delivering to.
