i recently had to open a non payment case. The buyer has not responded to any emails or communication. I waited a week then opened an unpaid item case on the 31st march - 4 days ago.
i think i can close the case today and get my fees back. But is it time specific ?i.e. can i only close after the time i opened it, and if so how do i find out what time i started the case. I think it was in the evening.
At the moment in the resolution centre it says 'take action' then 'close case' - but i'm concerned if i close just now then thats the end of it.
All this for a 99p item !
