Won auction and paid. Seller sent refund same day. No communication at all??

Basically won auction on a jacket. Seller said they paid £100 in description.
I won paying around £10. I paid within hours of auctions end and well within the two days that the seller said they wanted payment within.
Anyway they refunded without any communication, no message, nothing.
I got the feeling they didnt get as much as they wanted for it so have pulled it after I paid.

I have already sent a message asking is there a problem.

Anyone have any idea as to how proceed with this?

Contact Ebay and let the seller know you have contacted Ebay. It happened to me once and Ebay contacted the seller to tell them they were legally obliged to sell to me, and that if they wanted a higher price they should have paid for a reserve.
