Bought a kindle on ebay with the lighted kindle case.
The kindle is lovely.
Unfortunately the case has a bent clip and the kindle slides out of it.
Does this sound OK for an message to the sender?
"Thanks for the swift safe delivery of the Kindle and case (item XXX).
Unfortunately the case has a bent lower clip and the kindle slides out of this, even with the case closed with the elastic strap. Clearly Had I known this I wouldn't have bought the case.
I would be happy to keep the kindle, but would request a partial refund of £50 to replace the cover. (this would still mean I'd payed the going rate for the kindle-shall I include that?).
If this isn't acceptable I'm afraid I shall have to request a full refund and send the item back to you".
He was such a lovely seller too- now I know why
Would paypal refund me if it went to a "significantly not as described" dispute? sounds petty but the case is unuseable
