Best day of the week to list clothes?

Does anyone have any advice as to what would be the best day or time of day to list womes's clothes? Does it alter for children's clothes or toys?

I'd be grateful for any opinions or experience.

Sunday evening is generally the best time to list. But it is overcrowded with listings.

For children's clothes, I don't think it matters that much to list on a Sunday. Any weekday evening, say after 6:30 pm is fine because parents don't have much of a social life!

I don't really sell women's clothes, but if they are youngish trendy styles, then stick to a Sunday evening. The fashionistas would otherwise be out partying.

I always list stuff to finish after 8pm on a sunday with the reasoning that the kids are in bed, tv is crap so people resort to browsing through ebay.

I havent been disappointed yet!

I was just wondering the same thing as regards putting some of DD old stuff on there - thanks for asking & thanks for replying :)

I have found that if there are other examples of that item on Ebay (e.g. brownie uniform) and it is popular then a Monday or Tuesday evening is also good.

It's human nature that people are disappointed when they don't win a bid, and so become determined to win next time, so bid higher.
