Negative feedback - I think I might cry

I got some negative feedback for an item I sent. They said I should have cleaned it before sending. The thing is my mum spent ages cleaning it all before it was wrapped up and sent.

I have sent them a message saying that I wish they contacted me before leaving feedback like that. Ebay say they can't remove the feedback.

I know I can reply but how long do I leave it.

Am so annoyed its stuff like this that puts me off ebay. I sold loads last year and have great feedback.

How annoying. There are some nasty people on Ebay. I would leave feedback saying something like: item was cleaned before dispatch, no contact made before feedback left.

Did they not try asking for money back or anything?

I had this a few weeks ago, my first negative.

I replied politely. The buyer didn't contact me before hand to try and sort it and that pissed me off.

Problem was sorted and buyer changed feedback.

Ebay can't remove feedback but you can request the buyer to change it.

I would have given them some money back if they have requested it. It had hardly been used and may have had water marks from the hard water. But that isn't dirt.

I shall see if they reply to my message otherwise will reply to their feedback and say they didn't contact me before writing the feedback and it was cleaned before sending.

Just makes me cross. I have 100% feedback.

the buyer can change it to a positive, i would send email saying sorry you werent happy but you would like a chance to rectify the situation and offer full refund and would like to keep your 100% positive

Could cry? Get a grip, its an internet comment. Its one little sentence on a screen. Im an ebay queen, and getting neg feedback (I have 3 out of 600+ positive) makes me smile.

Its neutral I just realised. I went off on one so didn't really look at it properly.

Will wait until they get back to me and maybe write a comment. Still a bit mean to say it wasn't cleaned before telling me.

Will see if they want to send it back and get a refund.

dp has had some weird negative feedbacks, one was there was a used hanky in the pocket, which made us laugh really

had a neg today for a collected item :( I wish she has contacted me first, would have refunded her.
