Can I sell a one off without pay pal?

I have a signed rugby shirt. No allowed to sell on the forum. What should I do?
Not England but Tigers,with all the big names of a few years ago on it.

Is there a rugby club near you hosting a function that could include your shirt as an auction prize? Would probably need to share the profits.
Otherwise, just get a Paypal account. It's quite easy, just need email address + bank acc number. HTH
