overseas buyer not paid yet for four items

my overseas buyer has private feedback and over three weeks has bought 4 things

I told them that I would post the items in one shipment so they only paid the insurance once as I dont normally post abroad

need to reset my bidders requirement thing?.

I told them I only ship with insurance and have rounded the price down at my expense ...its 11.64 to post asked them to pay 11.00 and not had a reply or payment.
The last item finished on the 7 th March just a little frustrated if they dont want to pay the insurance why bid on three more things aargh.

They are kidsfinest in germany and have positive feedback although it is private so they are not a seller but might sell on under a different ID.

Its all new stuff they have bought peppa pig set an osh kosh dress and an expensive gymboree dress.
Do I have to open four disputes for non payment the lack of reply is more annoying than anything :(

just open 4 disputes and then once closed 4 days later you can relist

then change your settings to prevent overseas buyers in future

cheers fergoose you cant link multiple items when opening a dispute it has to be 4 different ones?

Got another buyer who bid and won some kids jeans and did not pay looked at her feedback and she had bought other jeans at the same time cheaper, paid and left feedback .

yes 4 separate disputes - you should always open one as you get your final fees refunded and the buyer will get a strike
