Used washable nappies - are they allowed or not?

I've been looking at the listings and people advertise that they're selling new nappies, but then go on to say that they've been used Confused

Are used washables not supposed to be sold on Ebay?

No, you risk being reported and the listing removed (it happened to me). Obviously some people are trying their luck.

Any suggestions as to where you can sell them Tryharder? DS2 is using ours right now, but I'm vaguely hoping to flog them on when he's finished.

Gumtree?

IwishIwasmoreorganised · 12/03/2012 22:03

Right, I won't bother on Ebay then.

Please do let Arkady and I know if there's anywhere that I can list them (I have a birth to potty cottom bottoms set to get rid of!)

cloth nappy tree was brilliant for me. I bought some new ones for DD and they didn't fit her as she's a slim miss, I sold them on CNT for almost what I paid for them as I basically washed them a few times, worn once for a pee and then washed again and found the fit too poor to try again. I bought some on there 2nd hand used to get an idea of fit before splashing out and again was well worth it. I had no luck elsewhere, fb was probably the worst as people were offering stupid prices, like £3 for a new itti bitti that DD hadn't even worn only been washed [normally £12] so not worth the hassle.
