Sold 2 things 8 days ago and still not been paid

What do I do now? Have sent emails, issued invoices etc. I can see that one of the buyers has bought things and paid for them in the last week.
Can I just relist and sell to someone else or do I need to do something more 'formal'?
Bit irritated as one of the buyers lives in Finland and I said uk buyers only. I did then let her know how much postage would be.

open non paying bidder case, close after 4 days and then you can relist. if you relist now before the case is closed you could have 2 buyers 1 item

also change your settings to stop foreign buyers - just saying you won't post abroad won't stop them bidding unfortunately.
