best way to sell?

a wooden playhouse?
right now its in the garden, all up and full of toys.
so should i photograph it then take it appart? then sell?
or leave it up and do a buyer to dismantel bit?
issue being what happens if a buyer comes and pays and breaks it while taking appart? i dont want an arsey person in my garden!
any thoughts?

Definitely photograph it whilst it's up. Then dismantle it and describe it as such in your ad.

cheers, i was just looking on ebay and most the ads were for buyer to dismantle, which worried me!

and don't take paypal for collection items
