I've sold a item that belonged to my grandmother in law. I know nothing about it. (silly i know cos im the one who sold it, but i was doing her a favour) it worked last week as she used it. the buyer picked it up yesterday and is now complaining that it doesn?t work. even though it does. i kept repeating myself saying that i know nothing about it. now i'm worried she'll pop up on my doorstep as she has my address, even though I stated " no returns". and now she says that she cant afford it. so why buy it in the first place? i have a feeling shes gonna ask for her money back. :-S

If it doesn't work and your listing said it does then you have to accept returns as far as I'm aware and refund the buyer.
