Refunds and P&P

I have just had a case raised against me for selling a pair of shoes"not as described". They were brand new and emailed back saying that I disagreed with her and would refund the cost of the shoes only and not the £4 P&P.

Her feedback is private so I have no way of knowing if she is scamming. I think she either did'nt like them or they did'nt fit and wants a full refund. I am going to contact her again and stand my ground on the postage and take the -ve hit. Am I being foolish? I only sell used/unused clothes and shoes and would be happy to close my account afater this is solved.

Should add the postage was £3.90 so not in it for profit. wwyd?

the buyer is entitled to a full refund of item and p&p - you can't refuse to give it to them.

Her feedback is irrelevant anyway

so I am out of pocket by £4 because she did'nt like them? thats very unfair.

trouble is if she has opened a case eBay will refund her when she sends them back.
