hiya,
I'm new to ebay. I've been buying clothes for DS as they are such good bargains! anyway, i found something i loved and bought it. it went for a song- £1.20. i paid straight away, all good. the next day I got an email from her saying that oops. it went to the charity shop and she'd need to refund me. being the skeptic that i am, i replied that if she wanted more money, i'm sure we could work something out. she replied the next day that she still couldn't find it and wanted my email address to refund paypal. still haven't had it come through yet.
what do you think, negative or neutral feedback?
TIA

Negative.

rainbowinthesky · 04/03/2012 21:11

I wouldn't bother leaving any at all.

Oh I get it. You think she changed her mind as so little money. Then I would do negative.

neg and open an item not received case for your money. the seller doesn't need your email address, they need to log into paypal click on your payment and hit refund. Do not accept the refund as a payment as you will incur fees, it has to be refunded correctly.

Have a look at the Seller's previous feedback. If there are other comments alluding to similar circumstances then leave negative - if not leave neutral. She might be telling the truth after all Grin.

Neutral at worst...I really have sent something in the charity bag and then sold it on ebay Blush and had to refund in the past.
Luckily my buyer was really kind and understanding and left lovely feedback!!
