Hi I sold an item on wednesday evening.
The winner had bidded on the item quite early on in the auction and I am awaiting payment or a message to say if she would prefer to collect.
All I have done is send an invoice for payment email but have not heard anything at all.
I am concerned as it is an ebayer since 2008 but whom has no feedback at all, good nor bad Confused
I reckon they have forgotton they have bid on the item tbh.
When can I email them and what do I say?
Also how long after the auction end do I give up and relist?
I am probably being impatient but it is the lack of contact which is making me a bit Hmm about it.

I am in the same position with items I sold last Friday and last Sunday, and wondering when to open a dispute. Both were bought on "Buy it now", it's not as if the bidders put bid on, then forgot about it!

Well Bike, hopefully both of us can get help then :)
I wouldnt mind but I really just want the item to go, it is a collectable and difficult to keep perfect with 2 dc around Grin

You can open a dispute on day 4 and close 4 days later to get your fees back

so my advice is open them now - from myeBay go to account then resolution centre and take it from there

Then when closed you can then relist
