Buyer still has not paid

I sold an item about 10 days ago and sent the buyer an invoice,they then informed me they could not pay at present as they were having bank account problems and would understand if I wanted to re-auction the item.As I was going on holiday I said I would leave it until I came back, and then get in touch with them to see if they had sorted out the bank problems.I have sent them a message through ebay(just yesterday),have not heard back from them yet.How long do I wait before the next step and would that be to open an unpaid dispute case?

If it's been over 14 days then open a disputeSmile

you can open a dispute on day 4 then close in 4 days to get fees back then relist. So I would open a dispute now, no point hanging around in my opinion.
