I bought 3 things all on the 12/2 from different sellers. 2 of them said they'd send the items second class and the other seller had down first class delivery.
1 parcel has arrived (second class) but no sign of the other 2. I've contacted both sellers and had a response from 1 to say they posted it on Saturday (18th) but nothing from the other seller who was supposed to be sending it first class and marked it as dispatched the night I bought it..
What do I do now?
Any help gratefully appreciated!
On a side note the parcel that did arrive the items were the wrong size so now I have to return them. The seller has said they will refund my costs including return postage as it was their error but I'm still going to be out of pocket because of petrol and parking costs getting to the post office...aagh!
