Powerseller status

I have been counting down the days to Evaluation Day as I knew I would meet the criteria for Powerseller. But it still says I'm not even though I meet all the criteria. I've read the Help pages and it says I don't need to do anything, it will happen automatically. Does anyone know how long it takes?

Are you a business seller? I too meet all the criteria except that one. It's a big step for me though so I don't know if I will do it. Would miss free listings...

Yes I'm registered as a Business Seller. Going through Ebay Forums I think it's saying that I'll get powerseller after my next review, but It's not very clear.

I only used the free 99p listings for selling off used stuff so I set up another account just for that. It's a bind at the moment as I'm classed as a newbie and so have trading limits. My son is using it at the moment to sell off old video games, toys etc - video games attract even more limits so he's finding it a bit frustrating
