help needed PLS

Can anyone help me pls. I have sold an item buyer was new and after a few days I opened a case for not being paid. I was informed that buyer had paid but ebay reserved payment with an echeque it is now cleared and in my account, I have sent items but I cant close case. Can anyone pls tell me how to close the case do I press cancel transaction?

if the buyer paid that should have closed the case automatically. You can't cancel the transaction if they have paid and you have sent the item.
