I bought some towels on the 25th of January.

Seller had shit feedback but I didn't read it first - my bad! :(

Sent many, many emails asking for my item. Seller responded to a few along the lines of 'Oh, I'll go and look for your item, blah blah...' ignoring that they'd said delivery within four days and that time had already been and gone.

After a while I gave up as the seller 'looking for the item' was clearly getting me nowhere so I asked for a refund.

I've had numerous emails asking me to accept their 'sincere apologies' and telling me they'll sort it out.

Nothing has been done.

The last few 'sincerely apologetic' Hmm emails have told me that it's being transfered to their 'accounts' for a refund. This appears to be taking days!

Am hacked off. Surely it's easier to just sort it out and either refund me or send the item out that piss about sending thousands of emails.

The 'sincere apologies' are doing my nut. After all this time and incompetence it just sounds like sarcasm.

I've opened a case which is due to end on Sunday and to be honest I really can't see them refunding my money. If they had any intention of doing so then surely they would've done it?

Drives me mad that such incompetent, rude people are allowed to hold onto my money and do nothing in return.

I've dealt with rubbish sellers before but nothing like this!!

No advice to offer and I'm assuming you just want a rant and I dont blame you. Good thing is you should get your money back on Sunday.
