Is there anyway that this can be removed bearing in mind my listings all state I only sell to the UK and she has now left me neg feedback after I emailed her to tell her that unfortunately I am relisting due to this fact.

Can you contact eBay and ask them to remove the feed back.
What a pita for you.

I will try but I have never tried to have feedback removed before but I have heard it is very very hard to do. It just seems so unfair. I can't even understand any of the many messages she has sent to me asking why I am not sending her the item which is one of the reasons why I only sell to the UK. I am so upset, stupid I know but I am.

did they pay - if not open a non paying bidder case. once closed feedback will be removed

also tighten your settings, it is not enough to state you won't allow foreign bidders, you need to actually block them from bidding in the first place.

I've had negative feedback removed no problem, I'd fire off a quick explanatory email to customer services. :)

If you log onto Ebay you can do a 'live chat' If you explain the circumstances they will assess whether you can have the feedback removed. If so they will remove it for you. However, if you don't want to sell abroad them you do need to block them rather than just saying on your listing. Good luck.

Yes, what others have said. There's an option that allows you to block bids from buyers in countries that you don't post to. That way they can't bid unless you specifically exempt them, and then can't leave you feedback.
