Not as bad as it sounds! DH got a Bear Grylls Survival Kit for Xmas, it's a silly wee thing and he is not likely to be needing it anytime soon Grin so I am ebaying it. It contained a pocket knife which I removed and said so in the listing, now a few buyers have asked me if I could send it them anyway along with the kit, they are presuming I just removed it so I could list it, which I did really. It is not exactly a lethal weapon, but I am a bit concerned about selling it as they buyer could be a 15yr old?
What do you think, should I post it or just say no?

I would say no. No expert on e-bay but can't believe that it would be allowed given you have no idea who you are selling to.

Can you not regift or sell to someone you actually know?

I'm hoping someone will come along and just buy it without the knife tbh! But yes, if it doesn't sell without it I think I'll just live with that!

Knives are on the Royal Mail's restricted list anyway so you could offer it for local collection with it included

Oh thanks, hadn't thought of that!
