Want to stop a seller I'm about to neg from bidding on any of my items.

If I block their ID can they still message me?

yes they can still message you - but please add them to your blocked bidder list to stop them maliciously buying from you

I forgot to do this and have been auctioned wrecked today by a rubbish seller - not impressive at all.
