please be patient, I am still learning! i have a few items of clothing now which i would like to sell, but dont want to sell for 99p (would rather sell them via NCT sale, so at least they get a cut). Is there anyway that I can set a reserve price? I can see a 'buy it now' option - is it the same thing?

thank you!

buy it now is different to a reserve but is worth considering. You can set a reserve when you list but the lowest you can set is £50 so maybe too high. You could do buy it now with a best offer option? Costs more in listing fees though.

Either start items higher than 99p of list as buy it now only I reckon. If you have 99p as a start price together with a buy it now price if someone bids the 99p it will wipe out buy it now option so you would have wasted money adding it.

thanks, yes £50 would be far too much. i think i will try a higher start price first and see how that goes. thank you.
