Urgent Advice Needed

Can anyone advise. My AS daughter (18) doesn't have clue. I've just found out that she's opened an ebay account to sell some of her stuff to make some money. She is completely fixated on money and spending it. She's sold a portable DVD because she says she doesn't use it and only bought it on impulse and needs the money. Which on the face of it sounds reasonable.

The problem is, she's sold an item that cost £70 a few weeks ago for £10 ... to someone in Australia where the postage is £35. She's then signed up for credit with the postoffice online so she can print off the postage label and get billed for it later. But she doesn't have any bloody money!

Is there anyway this can be cancelled now, the selling on ebay bit, or is it too late?

If I just confiscate the item and stop her posting it, what happens?

I would just refund the buyer from her paypal account and email the buyer. Then go to eBay and you can cancel the transaction to get the fees back

So first log into paypal and find the money then click on it, scroll down and click refund

then from myeBay go to resolution centre and cancel the transaction

also can you close the post office online account?

You then need to close her eBay account I reckon.

Maybe then password protect your computer so she can only go online with your say so?
